Technical characteristics of pvc-u panels
Plastic PVC-U PVC panels for door are made of hard PVC plate (productions of German company SIMONA), that perfectly react on the temperature drops, humidity of air and resistant to other atmospheric influences, inside of which there is excellent heat-insulation material extruded. Light weight of the prepared PVC-U doors panel is up from 12 kg, that diminishes loading on curtains, and allows to put not only 3 curtains, as in the variant of doors with glazing unit, but two, thus sagging of doors in course of time is eliminated.
Thermo-insulation of PVC-U panel is much better than the glazing unit, because the use of extruded foamed polyurethane, which is one of the best warm insulators, due to high-density, guarantees not freezing of door even at extreme temperatures down to -40°C and coefficient of sound protection, during certification tests showed real advantages of «PVC-U doors» or decorative thermo-panel, as some people call them.
